PURPOSE OF THE JOB
C# developer will be responsible for building C# applications, including anything from back-end services to their client-end counterparts. Your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.
Key responsibilities

Customise Organisation’s application as per the signed off functional system specifications (“FSS”) or change request documents based on the agreed plan of activities

Effective support to participating business areas.

Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English

Experience and good understanding of applications, Databases, Operating systems

C#, SQL, Coding 1-2 years

MVVM, WPF 1-2 years
Experience

Good working knowledge of Networking

Knowledge of Financial markets.

Reviewing and supporting current systems

Presenting ideas for system improvements, including time/cost proposals

Working closely with analysts, and staff

Writing the program code

Writing and designing test cases

Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live

Giving support on problems with said product

Preparation of training manuals for users

Maintaining the systems once they are up and running
